Job Description
Are you a proactive, ambitious go-getter with a passion for sales? As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by connecting with potential customers and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process.
What you'll be doing
Phase 1: Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential leads using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Lusha.
- Execute personalized outbound campaigns to engage and qualify prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the team to refine messaging and generate high-quality leads.
Phase 2: Sales & Closing
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and challenges.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to their unique goals.
- Build relationships, handle objections, and progressively take ownership of the closing process as you grow in the role.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in Dutch & English (bonus points for additional languages!)
- A proactive, growth-minded attitude with a strong desire to develop into a full-cycle sales professional.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take ownership of your sales pipeline.
- A natural communicator who enjoys initiating conversations and building relationships
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and familiarity with SaaS sales workflows (or willingness to learn!)
