Job Description
At Muto, we’re on a mission to revolutionize corporate mobility, and our clients are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. By building strong relationships and providing proactive guidance, you’ll help clients streamline their mobility operations and achieve success
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making sure they fully understand our platform and feel confident using its features.
- Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring that valuable customer feedback directly informs product improvements.
- Drive product adoption through creative training sessions, webinars, events, and hands-on support that inspire enthusiasm.
- Monitor client health metrics, proactively tackle churn risks, and implement strategies that build long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Dutch & English (additional languages are a plus!).
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to foster trust and connect with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting customer feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, where agility and adaptability are essential.
- A team player with a positive attitude—someone who’s not just skilled but also a pleasure to collaborate with.
- Knowledge of customer success tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.
